As some of you know I did a 12 week challenge. The challenge was challenging myself to go out of my comfort zone in work outs and eating like a bikini competitor. Within the first week or two I realized I was not eating enough, which led to being tired and not performing my best in my work outs or daily activities. (I give HUGE props to bikini competitors) So I ended up going back to just regular healthy eating habits while having my cheat(s) during the weekend. As I looked at this picture for the first time I was upset. Upset that my body didn’t change drastically like bikini competitors. I don’t have the completely toned body/full of muscle.. But then reality hit. In this healthy lifestyle, IT TAKES TIME. 3 months seems a long time, but when your body is changing on the inside, it takes the time to show on the outside. This whole lifestyle is all in the mind and having positivity and patience. Slow progress is still progress!! I am now trying the IIFYM/flexible dieting and have a real goal in mind- my vacation in the Channel Islands in June! I am continually trying my best but also indulging and enjoying life! It’s all about balance! Toned body, you will be seen… But in time! πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ

Typically, people who exercise, start eating better and becoming more productive at work. They smoke less and show more patience with colleagues and family. They use their credit cards less frequently and say they feel less stressed. Exercise is a keystone habit that triggers widespread change.
